Helsinki: Amnesty’s weekly demonstration
Amnesty International Finland organizes a demonstration on Fridays from 8:30 am to 9 am by the Israeli Embassy on the corner of Simonkatu and Yrjönkatu in Helsinki.
The protests demand that Israel:
- stops the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza
- agrees and commits to a lasting ceasefire
- stops the actions that have led to the rapid deterioration of the living conditions of Palestinians in Gaza
- ensures that Palestinians in Gaza receive the humanitarian aid they urgently need
There are ready-made signs on site. Please do not bring flags. Racist, sexist or discriminatory texts and symbols are not allowed in demonstrations. See you at the demonstration on Fridays!
