The tasks of the organizational assistant include updating the content of Sumud’s website and online store, shipping products sold in Sumud’s online store, and responding to customer inquiries. Other tasks can be agreed upon based on the person’s skills and interests, and they may include, for example, developing the online store, campaign planning, and communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tasks do not require coding skills; instead, content management and attention to detail are key. We expect the applicant to have organizational skills, teamwork abilities, good proficiency in Finnish and English, and commitment to Sumud’s values and principles<\/a>. An interest in the situation in Palestine and previous experience in similar tasks (e.g., using WordPress) are considered an advantage. The applicant must be eligible for wage subsidy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The starting date of the employment can be agreed upon flexibly, with the earliest possible start on March 10, 2025. The duration of the employment is 5-12 months, depending on how long the applicant is entitled to wage subsidy. The position is part-time (61%, 22 hours 50 minutes per week), with a monthly salary of \u20ac1,430. Our office is located in Helsinki, and employees are expected to come to the office at least once a week. Otherwise, the tasks can be performed remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
