These service providers include suppliers of our supporter systems or website platforms, postal and banking services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All actions of external service providers are strictly regulated by contracts. We also sign data processing agreements according to which the personal data we share is only used for the agreed purposes and processed in accordance with data protection legislation. As part of the agreement, the service provider must comply with strict security measures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to service providers, we only disclose your data to third parties if you request us to do so, for example, when signing our petition, or if we have a legal or regulatory obligation to do so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want more information on how we disclose your personal data, please contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Transfer Outside the EU and EEA\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The collected personal data is stored and processed within the EU\/EEA, in a third country that the European Commission considers to have an adequate level of protection, or by suppliers committed to complying with the GDPR requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principles of Registry Protection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The personal data of Sumud\u2019s members is collected and processed in the FloMembers membership register (service provider: Flo Apps Oy). The service complies with the requirements of the European Union\u2019s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The security of the server is monitored automatically, and its hosting is decentralized to two service providers within the EU. Only one-time passwords are sent by e-mail. All passwords are stored encrypted. Each customer\u2019s data is kept in a separate database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data is processed confidentially by those employees whose job responsibilities require it. In addition to Sumud\u2019s employees, the contact details (name and email address) of Sumud\u2019s local chapters&#8217; members are processed by the contact persons of the local chapters, who have been appropriately trained to handle personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to get more information about who processes your personal data, please contact us by email at coordinator@sumud.fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Your Data Protection Rights&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Every person registered has the right to check their data stored in the register and request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data. If a person wants to check their stored data or request corrections, the request must be made in writing to the data controller\u00a0(coordinator@sumud.fi). The data controller may ask the requester to verify their identity if necessary.
