Sumud’s annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 10, at 6 pm in Helsinki<\/strong>. Register for the annual meeting here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sumud is looking for new board members from all over Finland!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sumud Board consists of up to 12 members and a chair. Board term lasts for two years and half of the board is elected yearly. Sumud aims to have at least one third of its board members be Palestinian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Board members play an active role in the activities of the organization and work in collaboration with other volunteers, staff and partners of the organization. Board position is a volunteer position, for which there is no financial compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the official part of the meeting, there will be some side programme. You can find the registration form and information about running for the board here<\/a>.
