Oulu: Demonstration

Sumud Oulu will organise a demonstration march on Sunday, June 15, at 2 pm. The march will gather at Kauppurin keidas in Oulu.

This Sunday we will march in solidarity with the Freedom Flotilla and the March to Gaza. Seizing the Freedom Flotilla and kidnapping the unarmed activists on board is unacceptable. We demand the activist be let free and aid be let into Gaza!

Furthermore, this Sunday people from all over the world march to the Rafah border to apply pressure on the Israeli government to open the border and allow aid into Gaza. We want to show our solidarity for these efforts by marching the streets of Oulu and creating a human chain symbolically all the way to Gaza.
