Helsinki: To Kill a War Machine -document screening

Students for Palestine is organising a screening of the documentary film To Kill A War Machine on Friday 18th of July at 16:45 at Ulrika, Leppäsuonkatu 11 Helsinki. The screening will be followed by a discussion on topics related to the themes of the film. The movie is in English and there are no subtitles available.

The film is about Palestine Action UK, a group that tears down Israeli weapons factories across the UK through direct action, vandalism and sabotage. The activist group’s aim is to concretely put a spoke in the wheel of Israel’s colonialist murder machine.

Palestine Action’s activities have led to the permanent closure of weapons factories and several companies have withdrawn their investments from Elbit Systems, Israel’s largest arms manufacturer.
