Helsinki: Café Palestine

Welcome to the first Café Palestine of the year organised by Sumud Helsinki and Palcif on Sunday, January 18th at 4-7 pm at Kulttuurikeskus Oranssi (Kaasutehtaankatu 1, Suvilahti)!

The theme of the evening is the Laki särmään citizens’ initiative, which concerns human rights and the regulation of defense procurement from Israel. The initiative gathered over 50,000 signatures and will proceed to the Finnish Parliament for consideration on February 11th. The topic will be introduced by the Justice Not Arms working group, followed by an open discussion.

Light snacks, tea, and coffee will be served. Children are always welcome!
