Helsinki: Antizionist Learning Circle

Students for Palestine will organise an Antizionist Learning Circle on Tuesday 23.9. at 18.00-20.00 in TEAK, Haapaniemenkatu 6, Helsinki.

In this learning circle (part 10) we will collectively learn about the Second Intifada, or the Al-Aqsa Intifada, with Palestinian guest speakers.

WHAT? Facilitated co-learning session with learning materials varying from easy to approach to more time and dedication demanding.

WHERE? TEAK (Teatterikorkeakoulu), Haapaniemenkatu 6, Helsinki (meet us in the lobby of TEAK at 17.45)

WHO can attend? Everyone!

HOW to participate? Ideally familiarize yourself in advance with one or more of the materials before Tuesday, but you are welcome to join also without prior knowlegde or reading<3 List of materials can be found from the linktr.ee in our Instagram bio @studentsforpalestinefinland.

Accessibility: We’ll meet in the lobby of TEAK, and go together to the space. There is an elevator to the space.

It is possible to stop in front of the main door, and there is enough space for a taxi van, for example. The threshold-free main entrance to the building is 235 cm wide. Please note that the entrance door is not automated, and it may be heavy to open. If you need help with opening the door, you can find the info desk’s phone number on the door.

The Theatre Academy main building (Kookos) is accessible. Please note that the floor of the lobby is uneven, please be careful! Unfortunately, there is no induction loop available in the performance facilities. There are performance facilities on several different floors. All floors are accessible by a lift. There is an accessible toilet on the same floor as the main lobby (Tori). All toilets in the building are gender-neutral.
